What happens if I miss a class?/Refund Policy

If you are ever unable to attend a class, please contact me ASAP. As we have limited group numbers available, “No call, no shows” will be charged the full amount. 

Full refunds are not given for cancellations made within 2 days of the commencement of a ‘one-off’ Workshop, the Art Mentoring Program, Splat ‘n’ Chat or Paint ‘n’ Sip sessions. Instead, a 10% (of the total price) cancellation fee will be charged to cover administration and vacancy replacement costs, etc, then the balance will be refunded.

​If you need to withdraw after the Art Mentoring Program Module or Splat ‘n’ Chat sessions have commenced, a 10% (of the total price) cancellation fee will be charged to cover administration and vacancy replacement costs etc, then the balance (of the remaining sessions) will be refunded. Refunds are not offered if you are unable to attend an individual session/s however it may be possible for you to join one of the other groups for one session, depending on availability.

Should your chosen workshop, short course, or program not attract sufficient numbers you will be notified at least 24 hours before commencement and a full refund will be given.
